Frequently Asked Questions

These are some of the most common questions we hear from clients. If you do not see your question here, feel free to reach out and we will be happy to help.

Do you offer free quotes?

Yes. We provide free, no-obligation quotes for all hot tub services in our service area.

What hot tub brands do you service?

We service all major brands including Bullfrog, Jacuzzi, Sundance, Hot Spring, Caldera, Marquis, Dimension One, Artesian, Nordic, and many more. We also service less common brands and can source parts for most models.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Harbor Springs, Cross Village, Alanson, Burt Lake, Petoskey, Walloon Lake, Charlevoix, and nearby communities throughout Northern Michigan.

How often should I have my hot tub serviced?

For regular use, we recommend monthly water testing and filter cleaning, with a full drain and refill every 3-4 months. Our maintenance packages can be customized to your usage and schedule.

Do you offer emergency repairs?

Yes. We understand that a broken hot tub in winter is urgent. We prioritize repair calls and aim to respond as quickly as possible, especially during peak season.

What is included in a maintenance package?

Maintenance packages include scheduled visits with water testing and balancing, filter cleaning or replacement, component inspection, and priority scheduling for any needed repairs. Plans are customizable based on your needs.

When should I winterize my hot tub?

We recommend winterizing before the first hard freeze, typically late October to early November in Northern Michigan. If you are not planning to use your hot tub through winter, proper winterization protects against freeze damage.

Do you sell hot tub chemicals and supplies?

Yes. We stock a full range of quality chemicals, filters, and replacement covers. We can also special order specific items and provide guidance on proper water chemistry for your tub.

How long does a hot tub move take?

Most relocations take a half day, including disconnection at the old location, transport, and reconnection and testing at the new location. Complex moves may take longer depending on access and electrical requirements.

Is your work guaranteed?

Yes. We stand behind our work with satisfaction guarantees on repairs and services. If something is not right, we will make it right.
